EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST INVITED (NOAH001)

Noah’s Ark is inviting expressions of interest from appropriately qualified individuals who would like to join our State-wide Early Childhood Intervention Team..

Full, part time and casual positions available in a number of locations in both metropolitan Melbourne and rural Victoria (Loddon, Mallee, Gippsland, Wimmera and Hume regions).

Speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, early childhood teachers, social workers and psychologists are encouraged to apply.

Noah’s Ark is the largest provider of Early Childhood Intervention Services in Victoria. We are an approved provider of the Australian Government’s new Helping Children with Autism initiative. Experienced applicants preferred, especially those with experience in providing services to children with autism and their families, but if you have the relevant qualifications, are committed to family centred, strength based practice and are interested in joining the Noah’s Ark team

INCLUSION SUPPORT FACILITATOR (NOAH0026)
GIPPSLAND (MORWELL)

Noah's Ark is a not-for-profit state-wide organisation assisting children with additional needs and their families. Noah's Ark is Victoria's largest Early Childhood Intervention and Inclusion Support Agency service provider and also provides training and support to a range of children service providers within Victoria.

Inclusion Support Agencies are part of Inclusion and Professional Support Program. The aim of the Inclusion Support Agencies is to promote and maintain high quality care and inclusion for all children in eligible child care services. The target groups for inclusion support are:

  • Children with a disability, including children with a high support needs.
  • Children from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
  • Children with a refugee or humanitarian intervention background who have been subjected to torture or trauma, either in their country of origin or during their refugee experience.
  • Indigenous children.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Inclusion Support Agency team in the Gippsland region. You will be dedicated to providing practical support to Commonweath funded child care services that will build the knowledge, confidence and capacity they need to be able to offer quality, inclusive child care environments to children with additional needs.

Ideally you will have a relevant diploma/bachelor qualification and experience in the early childhood field. A committed approach to reflective, strength based and inclusive practices is essential.
