Course Overview
This convenient online course covers the basics of good documentation. There are three self-paced modules:
- Module One: Understand requirements of recording information and complete activities
- Module Two: Being aware of your organisations’ policies regarding Privacy and record keeping. You will complete activities on document storage
- Module Three: Understand the NDIS requirements and test your knowledge

On completion of this course participants will be aware of:
- Best practice policies and procedures relating to good documentation
- The need for objectivity, accountability, clarity, consistency, completeness, timeliness and accuracy in all written documentation
- The need for document security and protection of privacy
- The different audiences who may access the information
- The legal implications of documentation
- The NDIS requirements of documentation.
