What is the Strengthening Parent Support Program?
A free of charge program that you don't need an NDIS plan or a formal diagnosis to access. It is community-driven program designed to assist parents, carers, and families throughout Gippsland.
We provide:
Peer Support Groups: Join together with others who understand your journey. These groups are a safe space for sharing experiences and building relationships.
Individual Support: Benefit from one-on-one support, tailored to you. We work with you to provide information, resources, and connections to other community services.
Education and Information Sessions: Come along, either online or in person to hear about topics relevant to you. From workshops to general information sessions, we're here to support your wellbeing.
How do I access SPSP supports?
If you're a parent or carer of a child or young person aged 0-18 with a disability or developmental delay and reside in Gippsland, you're eligible to access SPSP services.
