On Thursday the 21st of March, Noah's Ark hosted the first New Graduation Connection Day at our Wyndham site. This event was developed in response to feedback from previous New Graduate Cohorts about the importance of connection opportunities with their peers during the first three months of their new careers. The New Graduate Cohort of January 2024 had the opportunity to hear from Gayle, Caroline and Kate from our Executive team.
Our CEO, John Forster gave an address about Noah's Arks’ history and our reputation which was a highlight of the day!
John also featured on a panel with Roxanne Higgins, our Director of Services, alongside Jane, Lauren, Liz and Stephen who are part of our Operations Management team. This group talked about their experiences of working at Noah's Ark.
The feedback received from participants was that they enjoyed the opportunity to connect with their new graduate peers and meet other staff at Noah's Ark.
