In late November, Training Manager Lou Ambrosy was the invited keynote speaker to the Development Support-Learning Program's 10th Anniversary celebration in Singapore.
This program supports the inclusion of children with developmental challenges into mainstream Singaporean Early Childhood Educational Settings.
Lou got to speak about the importance of leadership when working towards a more inclusive service. Many of the people who attended were principals of the Early Childhood Services. A robust discussion was held with the participants at the end of the talk.
While in Singapore, Lou also conducted training around the key worker model and best practice with the AWWA team.
