Inclusion Coaching in early childhood education aims to equip teachers and educators with the knowledge and skills to create welcoming and supportive learning environments for all children, regardless of their diverse needs and backgrounds. Our experienced team specialises in coaching within kindergartens, focusing on enhancing early communication and fostering positive behavior to create enriching learning experiences for every child.

Specialist Coaching is a flexible support, negotiated with your service to deliver on your individual goals.

Product Details

• Individual and specific outcomes/goals will be developed collaboratively with each service in the design of a tailored package.
• Packages are delivered by Specialist Early Childhood Teachers or an experienced Allied Health Professional. Resources will be shared as appropriate, to support practice and the implementation of strategies.
• Support can be provided in a range of modalities, including face-to-face and online, and at a frequency/dosage that will meet your needs, including across school terms or on a more intensive basis in response to critical needs within the service.
• Travel will be negotiated in addition to quoted service, based on location of service delivery.

• 1 x 1-hour goal setting session
• 2 x 2-hour visits including observation, modelling strategies, reflection and implementation planning
• Resources (as required) to support practice & implementation of strategies
• 1 x 1-hour wrap up session to support ongoing implementation of strategies.
