We support you to prepare your child for childcare, preschool and school by sharing information and working with you to develop specific actions you can take to ensure a successful transition. This service can be provided individually or in a group setting.
Our groups allow you to connect with other parents whose children are transitioning to childcare, preschool or school. Groups include individual and group sessions so that you have an individual plan for your child and family.
