Training Enrolment Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a course or purchasing training from Noah’s Ark, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Marketing Communications

By completing an enrolment or purchase, you consent to receiving the Noah’s Ark Training eNewsletter, which may include information about new courses, updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link included in any email communication.

2. Privacy

By enrolling, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with that policy.

3. Cancellation or Transfer Requests

All requests for cancellation or transfer must be submitted in writing to Noah’s Ark at least seven (7) working days prior to the scheduled workshop date.

4. Administration Fee

Cancellations are subject to an administration fee of $30 (including GST).

5. Refunds

Refunds for cancellations initiated by the registrant will be issued as follows:

  • More than 7 working days’ notice: Full refund minus a $30 administration fee.
  • Less than 7 working days’ notice: 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

Transfer requests made within 7 working days may also be subject to fees at the discretion of Noah’s Ark.

6. Workshop Cancellation by Noah’s Ark

Noah’s Ark reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by Noah’s Ark, registrants will be notified in writing and provided with a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, documents, videos, resources, and any related training materials provided by Noah’s Ark remain the sole intellectual property of Noah’s Ark Inc.

These materials are supplied for personal or organisational training use only by the registered participant.

Unless expressly permitted in writing by Noah’s Ark Inc., you must not:

  • copy, distribute, or share the materials with others
  • reproduce, modify, or adapt the materials
  • upload materials to any public or private online platform
  • use the materials for commercial purposes or deliver training based on Noah’s Ark content

No licence or right to use Noah’s Ark intellectual property is granted beyond participation in the purchased course.
